Returns & Refunds
We take pride in our shoes and hope that you enjoy them. However, whilst we take care to ensure all our shoes are delivered to you in pristine condition, we understand that you may not be happy with your purchase for whatever reason. If so, please ensure you try on the shoes on a carpeted floor, so shoes are returned to us in a saleable condition. We strongly advise this is adhered to in order to avoid your return being rejected due to damaged soles.
To be credited with a refund, shoes must be in a saleable condition- unworn and returned with full packaging provided- e.g. our signature shoe box. You have up to 14 days to return the shoes to us, however please note that this is with exception to faulty goods, as all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
